we have 2 dirt latemodels a super and a limited....both have cooling probs....the cooling basics has helped.....but not sure of what fan to use.....also any other tips?

The 19" 4 blade and the 17" 6 blade fans sold by most of the circle track suppliers both work very good. I prefer the smaller 6 blade fan because it is less turbulent at higher RPMs.
These fans should not be turned over 6,500 RPMs. The turbulence they create above that will loosen the water pump bolts and/or break the pump. Choose your pulleys accordingly.
